The Music Box by Zyl Vardos
The Music Box is our brand new design. It is made to be cozy but well lit, and contains lots of built in furnishings. It can be done with the bed on the ground floor OR a sleeping loft above the bathroom end of the house.

Handmade windows: 3 casement windows, 1 moon window, 2 large fixed picture windows, 2 arched stained glass windows
Handmade arched door
Large 6' x 2' skylight
Fold down table with shelf storage underneath
Bed on the ground floor OR sleeping loft above (both can be done for extra)
Kitchenette with range/oven, refrigerator, double sink
Propane on-demand water heater
Cutting board countertop, shaped shelves
Electric radiant heater (newport propane heater available for extra)
Galvanized stock tub
Compost or flush toilet
Bathroom sink and small vanity
Strand bamboo or cork floor
Mahogany interior wall panels, cedar ceiling
Tall armoire
