This 200 sq ft tiny house, named The Wedge, was built by students at Laney College in Oakland, California, for the 2016 SMUD tiny house competition. The home won four categories at the competition including Best Architecture, Design, Landscaping, and Furniture.
The home features full exterior insulation and a rain screen. It also comes with solar and battery arrays to power the home's appliances. Its interior features two loft bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen, and living room space. It also comes equipped with a fridge, induction stove, and a water heater.
It's currently available for sale on Tiny House Listings for $55,000!
