This beautiful tiny house is custom made at 30' long X 8'6" wide X 13' high. The outside was sided with cedar shake as well with a vinyl siding. There is a brand new metal roof. There is a hook up for water and 50 amp turn lock electrical hook up. As soon as you walk into the tiny house to the right of the front door is a perfect seating area complete with two benches that also offer storage. Infront of the seating is a 42 in flat screen tv and an electric fireplace. Above the seating area is the sleeping loft. In the photo we have a 18in inflatable queen mattress with two wooden crates for side tables. The loft over looks the kitchen which comes equipt with a brand new 7.4 cu fridge and a brand new 24" gas stove. There is a ton of cabinet space with beautiful wooden countertops. The kitchen sink is a 9in deep double bowl with an industrial faucet. The kitchen and bathroom are separated by a custom made barn door. The bathroom is very spacious. It comes with a full bathtub and a regular toilet.(it can be switched out for a composting toilet if you want) In the bathroom you will find the utility closet switch has the electrical box and water heater inside.
