Z217 is a design with a simple body, optimal and compact.
The most important room on the ground floor is the living room . It is extremely functional and comfortable with a separate place to eat and relax. Large glazing allows free fall of sunlight. The unique climate is added by a small, centrally located fireplace in the house so that the heat losses are as small as possible. Its warmth not only perfectly warms the whole house, but also makes winter evenings pleasant.
A perfect complement to the living room is an open kitchen , which visually enlarges the entire space. When designing this house, we assumed that the north side will be from the garage side. On the ground floor there is also a comfortable living room and a bathroom.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms each with space for a large wardrobe and a large bathroom with a part for laundry.
