PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Z39 project is a simple to build and small house, it was also planned for a relatively small plot . From the front, the building's shape is diversified by a covered veranda. The veranda is protected by an openwork pergola protecting against rain, but letting through the sun's rays, thanks to the terrace it will be lit up.
The living room is connected to the kitchenette, which is adjacent to a small technical room. In the building there is only one chimney for the fireplace and possibly a furnace. The entire building can be heated using a centrally located fireplace, which significantly reduces the costs of operation and performance .
On the ground floor there is an additional guest room and a bathroom. The living room can be enlarged through the liquidation of the guest room, and part of the bathroom allocated to the utility room.
In the attic there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a wardrobe / wardrobe. For a small size, the house is extremely functional and comfortable every day.
