PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Z24 t o house ideal for a four / five-person family. A cheap and easy to build, and at the same time attractive building block is covered with an envelope roof. The front elevation is diversified by an interesting corner window providing a view from the kitchen to the street and the garden.
The functional layout of the rooms makes the building extremely convenient to use. In the vestibule a wardrobe space was created and an additional passage was designed directly to the kitchen through a pantry enabling eg unloading of purchases. In the living area, the dining room and kitchen combine with a bright living room. The central location of the chimney and a spacious utility room is an additional advantage of this house (eg the possibility of simple implementation of energy-saving installations). The house is one-storey, which will facilitate the distribution of mechanical ventilation channels with recuperation in the ceiling space.
The night zone consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a lot of space for wardrobes throughout the house. The optimal layout of the rooms means that the house can function without windows in the side walls, thanks to which it will fit into a relatively narrow plot.
