This Tiny House is 8m long 4.3m high and 2.5m wide. Built on a 4.5tonne engineered trailer. Comfortably sleeping 6 people, with 2 loft bedrooms with sky lights and down stairs lounge/sofa bed. With over 8m of deck sections that attach easily once parked.
Full size kitchen with stainless steel all gas stove/oven, full size energy efficient SS fridge, 700mm SS sink with pull out hose mixer tap, spice rack, bin drawers and push to open drawers (no handles required).
Fold away dining table and 2 x bar stools. Push to open under stair cupboards with clothes hanger.
Bathroom with rain shower, bath and stainless steel surrounds. Water toilet(composting & other options are available) , vanity with 1400mm mirror, above bench hand basin and washing machine.
Nook area which transform from reading area to desk height with power points and shelving. 7 interchangeable light spectrum LED down lights and 11 double power points, including USB. 2 pendant lights in kitchen area and range hood.
Bifold doors and servery windows. Grow wall with integrated watering system. All internal and external materials, including decks are coated using Low or no VOC paints, oils and coatings.
