Interaction with guests
I'm a Realtor and live nearby in the neighborhood. I'm usually readily available to answer questions or requests. The house has a back door with coded access and alarm system. You'll be provided a unique code prior to check-in.
Other things to note
It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Easier to park in the back, so use the alley. Pets are welcome but remember the yard isn’t completely fenced. Grocery stores nearby.
