SUMMARY: 20 Ft Tiny House. Built at the end of 2016. Single Level with loft on hinges. Living area, kitchen, bathroom, shelving and storage. Mini split AC and heating. Electric water heater. It is NOAH Certified. Spray Foam Insulation with fire retardant. 180 mph wind rating.
KITCHEN: Gas stove, 17" sink, white lower cabinetry with new accent knobs, and open shelving up top. Beautiful matching Daewoo Fridge & Microwave. Chandelier over table. Table can be folded up and tucked out of the way between wall and stairs.
LIVING AREA: Couch folds out into a full size bed. Comes with flat screen TV. Storage and shelving. Dimmed lighting.
LOFT: Is accessed by stairs that double as storage. Cool feature!...On hinges - can be lifted up and stays put while not in use. Fits a full size mattress and you're able to sit up in bed for some reading. Dimmed lighting upstairs as well.
BATHROOM: Separated from living space with a regular door. (Hard to find in a tiny house). 36" Sq Shower, residential toilet and sink. Plenty of shelving!
