Large open floor plan and plenty of storage for full time or part time living. Instant propane hot water . It can be delivered on lowboy trailer. We can install on permanent frame and axles instead so it is always completely mobile. Installing axles and finished with all appliances is extra but is ready to be done now. $5000 for all upgrades including 24inch gas range, 10.1 cu, ft. fridge, cabinets with double sink..... In bathroom a 32inch shower, sink and toitet. Instant gas hot water, cieling fans and lights. All outlets and plumbing.
