Absolutely Romantic Cottage Tiny House with Large Covered Porch
Price: $175/night
If you love Victorian shabby chic, you'll love your stay in the Cottage. As you walk up to the large covered porch you’ll immediately take note of classic romantic details - gingerbread gable trim, leaded and stained glass windows and a copper weather vane. Inside, the early 1900's furniture pieces and all of the architectural accents will thrill antique lovers, but of course the Cottage still provides all the present-day features of home.
An antique hutch houses the kitchenette, which includes crystal glassware, china and pans for light cooking on the induction cook top. Under an exquisite chandelier in the living area, there is a small table with seating for two, perfect for a meal or to use as a work space. The Cottage also has a small refrigerator and you’ll find complimentary organic teas and coffee to enjoy in front of the cozy fireplace.
Sleeps 2 adults with an option for a 3rd adult to use the double-sized couch bed on the main floor. This tiny house is not pet or child-friendly.
Room Details & Amenities
All tiny houses have a blow dryer and a small portable fan/heater
Towels, Robes, Blankets and Extra Pillows provided in every room
Irons & Ironing Boards can be provided upon request
You will find a small kit bag with ear plugs and other goodies
Make-up remover wipes and special wash cloths are provided
Free Parking, Free Wifi, & Complimentary Coffee & Tea in room
The Cottage has approximately 180 sq. ft. of living space and can accommodate up to 3 adult guests. A spindle railed stairway with generous steps leads up to the queen-sized bed in the cathedral ceiling loft and there is a double-sized fold down couch on the main floor for an additional adult guest (no children are allowed in this tiny house). There is a $30 one-time charge for extra linens for the second couch bed.
Note that the stairway is slightly narrower than a standard 3' stairway, but the rise and run are fairly comfortable and a sturdy handrail is there for support. ***2 night minimum on weekends***
