A small Koi pond by the front door creates an ideal first impression for this bamboo-filled den of Zen. The dark stained exterior emulates the Japanese style of charred wood called shou-sugi-ban or yakisugi-ita.
Inside, walls are covered in grass cloth and Japanese accents abound, including a mix of traditional tea pots, statuary, imperial dragons and a custom Shoji-screen door.
Sleeps 2 adults with an option for 1 adult or 2 children to use the couch bed on the main floor.

The bathroom vanity features a vessel sink floating over black river rock and jade stones, while the sleeping loft, accessed by custom designed Tansu (traditional Japanese storage cabinetry) stairs with Asian brass hardware, is a haven with fluffy white quilts, fresh green décor and heavenly chimes to gently rouse fellow guests.
As with all the tiny houses at Tiny Digs, the Bamboo has running water, electric heat and air-conditioning, a cooking area, a flush toilet and a hot shower. Tiny Digs offers free Wifi & complimentary coffee & tea in every room.

The Bamboo is 150 sq ft and can comfortably accommodate 1-3 guests. The loft area has a queen bed out-fitted with luxury linens from Comphy that is accessible by the Tansu stairs and there is a fold-down couch on the main floor that is double-sized (this bed is best for 2 kids or 1 adult). There is a $30 one-time charge for extra guest linens for the second couch bed.
Note that the stairway is narrower than a standard 3' stairway, but the rise and run are comfortable and a sturdy handrail is there for support. ***2 night minimum on weekends***
