The space
New 780 square foot loft, half of a duplex located at end of a cul-de-sac. This tastefully decorated residence has Ikea furnishings and is the perfect place to relax. It has an Ikea European king size bed and LED lighting throughout. Space includes a 40-inch HD Smart TV with Netflix access provided. Guests may login to the Hulu and Amazon Prime apps for viewing with own accounts. The kitchen includes Ikea cabinets, a full size electric range, a full size refrigerator, sink & coffee maker (with coffee/filters provided). Internet access available via wifi. Bathroom includes a full-size bathtub/shower, vanity/sink, toilet. And washing machine. The living room includes an Ikea table with 4 chairs and a queen size sofa-bed. A 6-foot wide patio door faces the Organ Mountains. Enjoy scenic views from inside and outside!
Las Cruces museums, library, restaurants, fitness/yoga facilities, the Coas book store and other businesses are just a few minutes away.
We want each of our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay!

Private off-street parking is available immediately adjacent to the shipping container loft.
Interaction with guests
We carefully respect everyone's privacy and are usually available to answer questions/provide recommendations via AirBnB message, text or phone. While we enjoy meeting our guests, a very interesting and diverse group to be sure, we encourage them to determine how much (if any) interaction they prefer!
Other things to note
One or 2 well-behaved dogs or cats will be considered. Please contact us with details about pet(s) for approval. For small animals, the pet fee is $10 per animal per night. For dogs over 35 pounds, the pet fee is $20 per dog per night. Note: Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees in the reservation cost. Guests can pay in cash during checkout or we can alter the reservation to include pet fees. Please let us know your preference. We request that un-crated pets not be left unaccompanied in the apartment and that owners pickup after their pets.
The basic lodging rate is for 1 or 2 people sharing the king bed. If the second person wishes to sleep on the sofa bed instead, there will be an extra $10 charge. Please notify us in advance so we can modify the reservation to include the fee and prepare the sofa bed before arrival. Thanks!
