The space
Designed for off grid and green living, this farm-style home is energy efficient and self sustaining. It was built on site by Perch and Nest and has traveled across the country twice. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the loft and a fold out sofa bed downstairs. Stay warm in the sheep's wool insulated tiny with a space heater and/or Kimberly wood burning stove or stay cool by opening a variety of windows and Dutch door. Storage is in abundance for all your personal belongings. The tiny takes part in reducing waste with a composting toilet and energy efficient appliances such as: the Edgestar washer/dryer combo, a Dometic three burner oven, and Danby refridgerator. Enjoy a relaxing shower or bath in the stock tank tub and a gorgeous sunset in the pasture on some rocking chairs. Wake up to coffee with panoramic views and a bike ride on the scenic country roads.
