A private stone pathway will lead you to your quiet oasis, and once you enter you will immediately feel warm and comfortable in this cozy house.
Downtown (ACL) and Lady bird lake are only a 10 minute drive. Mueller park and shops is 7 minutes away. F1 is 20 and UT is only 7 minutes down the road. EVERYTHING IS SO CLOSE!

The space
Though it's tiny, you will find all the necessities any home would have from a fully stocked kitchen to a washer/dryer.
One queen size bed upstairs and one pull out queen couch downstairs.
Guest access
Feel free to use outdoor table and sitting areas.
Interaction with guests
I will only be available through email, but my friends who live in the main house on the property will always be available for questions or emergencies.
Other things to note
Only small dogs are allowed. There is a small doggie door.
Until early 2019 there is a house being built next door so there could occasionally be some construction noise during the day.
